LISE++ subjects v.18.9

Versions 18.8.1 through 18.8.118 | Short subject descriptions and complete version lists

The twelve subjects below consolidate the development history. Each version is listed under its primary subject; all 118 versions are included.

1. Abrasion ablation and statistical evaporationPDF

Improved AA excitation-energy redistribution, fixed-L angular-momentum treatment and thermalization. Stabilized integration and normalization while preserving the zero-spin calculation; angular-momentum transport through the daughter cascade remains unavailable.

versions: 18.8.2, 18.8.5-6, 18.8.12-13.

2. Experimental pre equilibrium researchPDF

Developed forward research calculations, Identity and supplied kernels, probability accounting, numerical studies and external-provider exchange. The experimental interface was frozen in 18.8.64; it does not replace ordinary production physics.

versions: 18.8.14, 18.8.16-64.

3. BI peak search and Grid PID analysisPDF

Added Grid PID lattice analysis, sigma estimation, weak-locus recovery, diagnostic overlays, original-data counting ellipses and robust CSV/plot handling. Single-event annotations remain inspection candidates rather than accepted peaks.

versions: 18.8.70, 18.8.72-73, 18.8.75-76, 18.8.80-82.

4. Beam transport and secondary reaction cross sectionsPDF

Enabled user cross sections for the first secondary reaction in File mode. Corrected momentum and magnetic-rigidity output after dispersive slits while preserving the established spatial transport and transmission calculation.

versions: 18.8.1, 18.8.65-67.

5. Prompt Radiation batch isolationPDF

Improved batch isolation by invalidating configuration-dependent caches and waiting for final cleanup before advancing. Grouped build files into PromptRadiation.pri and validated multi-configuration batches without changing radiation physics.

versions: 18.8.68-69, 18.8.71.

6. Light Particle production utilityPDF

Introduced production-rate reports, INI/batch workflows, species through boron, X-distribution plots and final-observation acceptance. Added mixed treatments of up to four slits, eight-secondary-target support and dedicated templates.

versions: 18.8.83-91.

7. Reaction Dynamics ExplorerPDF

Added a collision solver with friction, spin transfer and heat exchange; maps, stability/sensitivity checks, excitation ensembles, playback and transfer-channel diagnostics. These are illustrative conditional studies; overlap alone does not establish fusion.

versions: 18.8.92-110.

8. Abrasion Fission 3EER cachingPDF

Added persistent, validated CS and evaporation caches for three AF regions, including prefragment kinematics data. Provided enable/disable, Recalculate, Clear and status controls, permanent status-bar reporting and an updated AF dialog.

versions: 18.8.111-113.

9. Nuclear data and excitation or barrier plotsPDF

Added the UNEDF2 nuclear mass table, revised excitation-energy plot ranges and fixed the all-methods fission-barrier plotting error.

versions: 18.8.3-4, 18.8.15.

10. Satellite applications and operational improvementsPDF

Recorded ETACHA, IsomerAPI and GEMINI updates. Added silent-batch controls/logging, improved file information, laid Monte Carlo state foundations and corrected bundled-spectra installation. The Monte Carlo foundation step retained serial execution.

versions: 18.8.7-11, 18.8.74, 18.8.77-79.

Satellite update reports:

11. Isomer gamma data and shared interface updatesPDF

Integrated direct in-memory IsomerAPI gamma-data requests with source selection, adjustable half-life limits and isotope caching. Improved Gamma registration and gamma-line metadata, preserved classic calculation conventions, and centralized shared stylesheets. Coupled cascade feeding kinetics remain outside this integration.

versions: 18.8.114-117.

12. Manual light particle correction factorsPDF

Added editable absolute totals for fragment charges Z=1-8 and separate 1H/4He totals in Fragmentation Cross Sections. Preserved legacy beam-charge thresholds, added Restore Defaults and parent-dialog commit behavior, and saved validated factors in working and default option files.

versions: 18.8.118.
